At WOW Chicken Life, every dinner is prepared fresh for your scheduled delivery week. Because our meals are made specifically for each order, we do not offer refunds for customer cancellations after preparation begins.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order and receive store credit under the following conditions:
Full Store Credit
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the first scheduled delivery day are eligible for full store credit.
- Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.
Prorated Store Credit
- If a customer cancels after the weekly delivery period has started, store credit may be issued for any unused deliveries.
- The credit amount will be prorated based on the remaining undelivered meals.
Once a scheduled delivery has been prepared or delivered, that portion of the order is not eligible for credit.
Customer Cancellation Refunds
WOW Chicken Life does not provide refunds for customer cancellations, missed deliveries, change of mind, or unused portions of an order.
Eligible cancellations are handled through store credit only.
Food Quality Concerns
We take the quality of our food seriously. If there is an issue with your order, such as a recalled item, spoiled ingredient, rotten produce, or another quality concern, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

In the rare event that WOW Chicken Life must cancel an order due to circumstances such as severe weather, illness, equipment failure, or another issue on our end, customers may choose from the following resolutions: Customers should be aware of the legal implications of terms and conditions related to their orders.
