We personally deliver every order ourselves to keep costs down and ensure you receive outstanding customer service and piping hot food. Unlike restaurants that use services like Uber Eats or DoorDash, we believe in providing a direct, personal touch with every delivery.
In what kind of containers does the food come?
All our foods are packed in disposable metal containers with lids. This allows you to easily place them on burners or reheat them in the oven, keeping your food fresh and warm.

What is the cutoff time for orders?
All orders must be placed the day (at least 18 hours) in advance to ensure we can prepare and deliver your food fresh and hot.
What is WOW’s cancellation policy?
We do not offer refunds. However, you can cancel your order for store credit up to 8 hours before your scheduled delivery. This credit can be used toward another scheduled delivery. See our delivery policy.
